Inground Pool Liners
Erika and Jeff Kayden founded Kayden Mfg in 2006 with several years of experience of working in the pool lining business. The small family-owned and operated company fabricates first class in-ground pool liners from thicker wall material than usual. Jeff has been designing and manufacturing in-ground pool liners since 1997 and advises that the thicker wall material used by Kayden Mfg better withstands the harsh winter elements. Kayden Mfg produces affordable in-ground pool liners of unsurpassed quality from vinyl supplied by two reliable companies, one in Toronto and the second in Pennsylvania. Kayden Mfg has built a sound network of skilled in-ground pool liner installers and can assist with referrals to those in certain areas. The internet is also a good source for finding reviews about installers of in-ground pool liners, but customers should insist that a contract price includes everything.
The in-ground pool liner providers of Kayden Mfg engage quality employees who focus on civility, integrity and profitability and ensure a flexible, fast turn-around time to proactively serve customers. Jeff of Kayden Mfg concentrates on designing the in-ground pool liners, putting them together, inspecting and folding while Erika attends to the administration of the company. The vinyl used to fabricate in-ground pool liners is 100% non-recycled and laden with UV inhibitors, algaecides and biocides. Kayden Mfg offers a 25 year, 2 year full, pro-rated warranty on its in-ground pool liners, which is the longest in the industry. Like most pool liner manufacturers, Kayden Mfg uses RF technology to weld its in-ground pool liners, but unlike competitors who use ¼ to ½" bar to weld Kayden Mfg uses a full 1" bar.
When a narrower bar is used during the welding process the material forces the material out from under the bar, leaving a ridge on either side of the seal. These ridges collect dirt and, more importantly, the seam tends to be thinner than a single ply of material, which means that a 20mil line could, in fact, be only 18mil thick at the seam. Kayden Mfg points its seams downhill which makes them less visible and dirt will not cling to them. On many rectangular pools the corners of the in-ground pool liners bulge out away from the pool wall leaving a space behind the liner. This is caused by using less liner wall than pool wall and it is not only unsightly, but leads to early liner failure. Kayden Mfg has developed a proprietary way to combat this problem. In the consistent endeavour to provide quality products, each of the KAYDEN Mfg in-ground pool liners has a 28 mil wall. Thicker wall material does not fade or break as easily. Kayden Mfg advises that in-ground pool liners need to be replaced for pattern fading and/or poor pool chemistry or UV exposure. Water filters out the UV, but it is above the waterline where UV could do damage. It is above the waterline that the Kayden Mfg in-ground pool liners' material is thicker. The thicker material does not stretch easily and the liner stretch is distributed evenly.
